2016 Raffle Info

Here is a link to the flyer for the 2016 Band Raffle.
You can print it out or post it on Facebook, etc.

  • Please make arrangements to pick up your Raffle tickets. We ask that each family sell at least 3 tickets.
  • I will be at the football game at the Raffle table beside the main gate.  You can always contact me and make other arrangements to meet.
  • I will not check out raffle tickets to a student without an email or text from a parent.
  • Money for Raffle tickets must be turned in to me.  Mr. Denton or my daughter, Sarah, cannot take the money.
  • We encourage everyone to sell Raffle tickets, even “concert only” band families.  The profit from the Raffle goes into the general band fund which benefits all groups in the OHS band program.
  • When you sell a ticket, give the buyer the larger part of the ticket, fill out the ticket stub with the buyers name and phone number, give me the ticket stub with money and the form in your envelope that shows who sold the ticket and info about the buyer.
  • You must be over 18 to buy a ticket.  OHS Band Booster Board Members cannot buy a ticket.
  • Tickets are $100 each.
  • We will not sell more than 300 tickets.
  • The Grand Prize is $10,000.  There are 19 other prizes too.
  • A group of people can go in together and buy a ticket.
  • This is a chance to earn up to $20,000 for the band!!!
