Followup Announcements and Reminders from Meeting

Band Parents,

Here are just a few follow up announcements/reminders from the meeting:

On Friday afternoon, we will be meeting at 5:00.  Band and Guard should dress just like last week – tux uniforms and warm-up jackets.  Please wear something to stay warm under the uniform.

We will be feeding the OHS and East Hamilton Bands at 5:45.  The cost is $3.00 per student for 3 – tacos (cheese rollups for vegetarians), chips, and a drink.

We are asking each band member to supply a 12 pack of soft drinks.  Please send these before Friday.  We will use some on Friday and take some with us for snack breaks on the trip to Macy’s. We have attempted to not ask for many donations this fall.  Thanks for helping with this.

If you did not turn in your meal selection for Ellen’s in NYC, please do so before the end of the week.  If you are traveling with us and did not sign up for a bus, please contact me.  I need your birthdate too.  This is for the trip insurance.

We will rehearse until 5;30 tomorrow afternoon.  Please be prompt picking up your child, as I need to depart for Lee Honors Band.  We will have none (9) band members participating in this prestigious event.

Also, please remember we need much help on Friday evening at the game. We will need more hands in the concession stand and lots of help cleaning up after the game.  Thanks in advance!
