This is a reminder of our schedule for the next two weeks.
Next week, June 9-12, will be Percussion Camp. Percussion Students should be in attendance each day from 8:00-5:00. Lunch Break will be from 12:00-1:30. Students may leave campus or bring their lunch and eat here. There will be adult supervision during the break. This should be an exciting time for our percussion section!
Leadership Team Members should plan to attend next week on Monday and Tuesday, June 9 and 10, from 9:00-4:00. We will also take the same lunch break as the Percussion members.
The following week is Music Camp – June 16-19. All band members – wind players, percussion members, and guard members should attend! The camp will be from 8:00-5:00 each day with a lunch break from 12:00-1:30. Again, students may leave campus during lunch or bring their lunch and eat here. There will be adult supervision during the lunch break.
Band Parents, please remember the Band Booster Meeting on Tuesday evening, June 17, at 7:00pm. This will be a very important meeting. Everyone please ensure you are current on your fees as this is one of the most expensive times of the year for our program. We want to get the year off to a fantastic start and must have the funds to pay our staff for working our camps. Please ensure you are doing your part!
Everyone please remember our next car wash is on June 21. You may pick up tickets at the band room or at the booster meeting. Each band member must sell 10 tickets for this car wash.
